The 1,905-acre North Las Vegas master-planned community of Aliante is being developed by North Valley Enterprises, a partnership between American Nevada Corp. and Del Webb Communities. The community will offer two villages, one an age-qualified retirement neighborhood and the other a traditional family village.

More than 420 acres in the area have been designated as open space. Planned amenities include a 20-acre Nature Discovery Park with a lake, trails and parks, and construction has begun to create new schools, a library and a fire station. Approximately 100 acres have been designated for commercial development and will include shopping centers, offices and a 40-acre resort gaming hotel.

Aliante is bordered roughly by Grand Teton Drive to the north, Centennial Parkway to the south, Decatur Boulevard to the west and Clayton Street to the east. Perfectly located at the north end of the Las Vegas Valley, Aliante boasts beautiful mountain views and is conveniently located near the new I-215 beltway. Aliante residents are within 15 minutes of downtown Las Vegas and 25 minutes from the strip, where they can enjoy the numerous restaurants, casinos, and shows that the city has to offer.
